Due to the perishable nature of our premium meats, we prioritize food safety and cannot accept physical returns on food items once they have left our temperature-controlled facility. However, if your order arrives damaged or falls short of our quality standards, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or credit.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, immediately inspect your package and ensure all vacuum-sealed meats are still cold to the touch and the packaging is intact.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice any damage or quality concerns, take clear photos of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of receipt.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our Carnivore Care team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos of your delivery.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no extra cost.
